1Cifer connects hh.ru and enbek.kz: an AI HR agent reviews the responses

The 1Cifer AI-agent platform now integrates with hh.ru and the enbek.kz Electronic Labour Exchange. The HR position's agent connects to the employer's hh.ru account and is notified about every new response and every candidate message: it opens the resume, checks experience, skills and expectations against the vacancy requirements and hands the recruiter a short review with draft invitations by morning.

One company can connect several hh.ru accounts: the HR department's and those of department heads. The rights stay as they are in hh.ru: the agent sees exactly the vacancies and responses the account owner sees. A department head can search for an employee through their own agent while HR keeps the overall picture.

On the enbek.kz Electronic Labour Exchange, which has no public API, the agent works through the 1Cifer Hub desktop application: it signs in to the employer cabinet via eGov, maintains vacancies, reviews responses and helps with employment contracts on hr.enbek.kz. Signing contracts and publishing vacancies stay with a person.

Messages to candidates, invitations, rejections and paid hh.ru services are carried out only after approval. Candidate data stays in hh.ru and on enbek.kz; 1Cifer keeps the history of reviews. The company described how it works in the article "AI HR agent" on 1cifer.kz.
