Accountants stop downloading statements: the 1Cifer AI agent walks into Forte Bank and posts them to 1C itself
The 1Cifer AI-agent platform now integrates with Forte Bank through the official ForteBusiness API. The bank issues the keys, a company administrator enters them, and they are stored encrypted. The agent reads account balances, a statement for any period with counterparties and purposes, and the list of payment orders with their statuses. Statement files are no longer needed: operations from the bank are matched with 1C right away.
Posting goes by counterparty, purpose and the history of the accountant's earlier decisions: confident operations are posted, doubtful ones queue for a one-word approval in the chat. On a schedule the agent takes yesterday's operations in the morning, posts them and sends a summary: how much came in, how much went out, which clients paid. The question "has the client paid the invoice" is answered from the bank statement in seconds.
The agent assembles a KZT payment order from the invoice in 1C and the counterparty's details, shows it in the chat and waits for approval. Only then is the order created in the bank with the status "awaiting signature". It cannot be signed via the API: the director does it personally in the Forte Business cabinet; the agent has no access level that sends money.
Bank access works like 1C: the owner and administrators see everything, others get access per position, department or person with the level "read" or "prepare payments". The company described how it works in the article "The AI accountant posts statements by itself" on 1cifer.kz.
