Border crossing certificate now available online via eGov

The eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile app now offer an electronic certificate on the facts of crossing the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a selected period. To get it, you log in to the portal and choose the service for issuing a certificate of State Border crossing.

During the application you specify who the certificate is for: yourself, a minor child, or as a legal representative. You also set the period for which you need the data. In practice, this means entry and exit dates can be confirmed online without gathering paperwork by hand. For a company, such a certificate can serve as proof of travel dates, for example when accounting for business trips.

Check how your company currently confirms the dates of employees' trips abroad: who requests the documents and where they end up afterwards. An agent in 1Cifer runs trip and leave approvals along a set route and keeps the history of decisions, so the certificate doesn't get lost in a mail thread. Then a question about trip dates takes a couple of minutes to answer instead of a search through chats and inboxes.
