eGov Mobile turns 7 and moves toward eGov GPT
The eGov Mobile app has turned seven. Over that time it has grown from the first mobile government services to digital documents, eGov Business and artificial intelligence tools. The latest step is eGov GPT, which, according to the team behind the app, changes the familiar way of getting public services.
What matters is the direction: the app did not stop at moving services onto a smartphone, but keeps expanding as technology and user needs change. Millions of Kazakhstanis are used to handling state matters on their phone, and now they are getting used to AI in that process too. People carry that benchmark over to private companies: if dealing with a state body can be quick and convenient, they expect the same from a shop, a bank or a contractor.
Do your customers still message you and wait hours for an answer? List the questions you hear most often — order status, balance, invoice, deadline. Answers like these can be handed to an agent: 1Cifer pulls data from 1C, CRM and spreadsheets and, when a person is needed, creates a task for an employee itself.
