A human, not AI, makes the final call on benefits
A question has come up in Kazakhstan: who is responsible if AI leaves someone without a benefit? The answer is that AI only forwards recommendations to an authorized employee, and that employee makes the final decision.
In effect, the algorithm acts as an assistant, not a judge. This matters because a citizen deals with a specific accountable person rather than a faceless system. The automated suggestion is kept separate from the final decision, and responsibility for the outcome stays with a human. The same logic is useful wherever mistakes are costly: money, contracts, staffing.
Check which decisions in your company are effectively made by a template or a system, and who signs off on them. Where automation prepares a conclusion and a person approves it, it helps to write that into your internal rules. Approvals by route with a decision history work the same way in 1Cifer: the agent prepares the materials, and the decision stays with the responsible employee.
