Kazakhstan agrees principles for using AI in the workplace

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Labor and Social Protection reports that the state, employers and trade unions have agreed on principles for applying AI in the world of work. The details are published in the ministry's news item on gov.kz.

What stands out is who agreed: the regulator, those who hire, and those who represent employees. Understandings like this can become a reference point for future rules and company policies. As AI moves into reporting, approvals and task control, questions of transparency and accountability will reach every employer.

Read the text of the principles on gov.kz, then list where AI already affects people at your company: task assignment, reports, performance reviews. Name one responsible person and write the rules into an internal policy. When an agent assigns tasks and runs approvals, you need to see its permissions and decision history; in 1Cifer access follows job roles and every approval keeps its trail.
